The Fine Print and Things to Know!

• A $250 deposit to reserve the date is required. This deposit will be applied to the final bill

• The final balance is to be paid 2 days before the event.

• An 20% service charge will be added which includes gratuity.

• A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to transactions using a credit card. If paying with cash or debit, no fee is required.

• A 6% Maryland sales tax will be applied to events that take place within the State of Maryland.

• If you’d like us to stay longer than the time allotted in the package you have purchased, it will be an additional $50/per half hour over the allotted time. We will need advanced notice for staffing purposes

• We will arrive approximately 2 hours before the event to set up.

• Final guest count is due 7 days prior to the start of the event. Additional charges may be applied if changes are to occur less than 7 days prior to the start of the event.

• CANCELLATIONS

  • We will fully refund any payment plus any deposits made if you cancel more than 7 days prior to the event.

  • If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the date of the event, any deposit made will be non-refundable.
