Classes

We love to hold classes on wood fired pizza at some of our local wineries and breweries. We like to keep the classes small so that everyone can get some hands on attention. Our classes consist of:

-Mixing a batch of dough by hand

-Talking about the best ingredients to use

-Fire management and cooking techniques

-Cooking your own pizza in our wood burning oven!
